No water is available at the water dispenser. What can I do?
Please check the following.
1) Make sure the water supply is not turned off or disconnected.
2) Air may be trapped in the water system. Press the dispenser arm for at least two minutes.
3) The water filter may be clogged. Replace the filter after turning the water supply off.
4) Check the Child Lock function is not selected by making sure the “Lock” icon on the display panel is not lit. To cancel this function, press the Vacation and Fridge buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
If the water line is plumbed recently, Please double-check with your installer as this can be due to faulty installation as well.
