Why is it not necessary to keep all your apps on you device?

It is important and almost fundamental that you connect your device to a Google account and a Samsung account. By doing so, you can reinstall downloaded apps to a new device or after you reset your device (using the same Google or Samsung accounts). If you paid for an app, then you can reinstall it without paying for it again (again, as long as you use the same Google or Samsung accounts). So there is no need to keep all the apps you downloaded at all time on your device.
