Earbud indicator lights

 The earbud indicator lights are at the front and the charging case indicator light is at the back

The lights on your charging case will let you know what the charging status is.

Continuously red: charging

Continuously green: fully charged

Flashing red (rapid): charging has been disabled due to abnormal temperatures.

Flashing red (medium pace): charging has been disabled due to an error with charging contacts or charging has been disabled due to a low charging case battery.

Flashes red in turn: earbud error

Charging case indicator lights

Continuously red: charging

Continuously green: fully charged

Flashing red (rapid): charging has been disabled due to abnormal temperatures.

Flashing red (slow pace):  low battery

If the power is lost, the indicator lights will flash red for about 30 seconds and turn off.

When you disconnect the power source from the charging case after the earbuds are fully charged, the green indicator lights will turn off after 30 minutes.

If the indicator lights do not work as described, disconnect the charger from the charging case and reconnect it.
