  • Which products am I able to register?

    Only Samsung products are eligible for registration. Storage devices(SSD etc.), accessories, and components that constitute the product cannot be registered even if they are Samsung products.
  • 1) Characters
        Please pay close attention. The letter ‘O’ may resemble the number 0, and the letter ’S’ may resemble the number 5.
    2) Serial number location
        Please enter the serial number located on the product itself, not the one on the package.
  • We have provided "How to find Serial Number or IMEI" information at the S/N or IMEI input stage.
  • Registering your Samsung products gives you faster support, and access to all services for your registered products in one place:
    • Product details are immediately available to our Customer Care team, helping us to answer your questions faster
    • Download the latest manuals, FAQs and instructions without having to search for your product
    • Easily track your service status online
    • Enjoy personalised experiences with further recommended products
  • Scan the QR code using the camera app on your Samsung device and follow the prompted instructions for registration. This feature is only supported on Samsung home appliances and non-smart B2C monitors. Make sure not to confuse the QR code for SmartThings.
  • Product registration is required for Samsung technical support and online repair services.

    1) Register your product on the My Products page
    2) Start your support request by selecting the 'Get Support' button next to your listed product for a streamlined support journey
  • You can view your registered products by visiting the My Products page.
  • You can register your Samsung Product using the Samsung Members App by following these steps:
    1) Open the Samsung Members app, and tap 'Support'
    2) Select ‘Register'
    3) Choose your preferred registration method: scan QR code, scan Wi-Fi, or use barcode
    4) To complete the registration on Samsung.com, click the 'Register' button for the product listed in Unregistered Products section on My Products.

    *Please note, products registered on this website may not be visible in the Samsung Members app.

  • When you connect your Samsung Smart Home compatible appliance to the SmartThings app, some of devices will be automatically added to the 'Registered Products' section on your My Products page.


    To register your product to the SmartThings app, you can use 'QR Code Scan', 'Scan nearby device' or 'Add device' manually.


    Please note : some of products like TVs, Speakers may not be automatically listed on My Products page when you connect them to SmartThings.

  • You can register your smart TV directly from the TV by following these steps:

    1) Press the home button on your remote control
    2) Select 'Samsung Account'
    3) Log into your Samsung Account. If you have a Samsung mobile device, you can use the same account details
    4) Select 'TV Registration'
    5) Read the on-screen terms and conditions, then select Agree & Register
    6) Once the registration has been completed, select 'Close'

    Please note: this feature works for smart TV's produced from 2020 onwards.
  • If you're using a VPN while trying to register a product, then we recommend disabling it. VPNs can sometimes cause connection issues.
