Samsung Referral FAQs

  • How can I get in on the program?

    If you're referring someone:
    When you purchase an eligible product from Samsung.com, you'll receive a referral code that you can share with your friends & family. Referral codes for your eligible purchases can be found on your MyPage, and may take up to 24 hours after purchase to show. Referral codes are also only provided for the first purchase via Samsung.com. If for any reason you submit a return, replacement or cancelation for your first order, then your referral codes will become invalid.
    You must agree to receive marketing messages from Samsung to participate in the program. You can change your opt-in preferences in your Samsung Account page.

    If you've been referred:
    If you've received a valid referral code from your friend who has purchased an item from Samsung.com, you're good to go!
    Just make you sure have registered a Samsung Account, and that you are logged in when you are shopping on Samsung.com. You can apply the referral code during checkout to receive your offer. Once you’ve made a valid purchase, you may also be eligible to receive a set of Referral codes to send to your friends and family.

  • If you're referring someone
    You can find your referral codes on MyPage, along with details of the offer.

    If you've been referred:
    Your friend's referral code gives you an immediate 5% discount for any purchase on Samsung.com
    Simply enjoy the discount on your next eligible Samsung purchase! You can redeem multiple Referral voucher codes from the same or multiple friends, but you cannot use these in the same transaction.

  • When you receive a voucher, you can use it to purchase any eligible product on Samsung.com.
    Please note that vouchers are country-specific. You can only use the voucher codes in Samsung.com and they are not valid in Samsung Education Store, Samsung Business, Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals and Samsung Government.

  • You can use a valid referral code to get a discount on any available eligible product on Samsung.com!
    Note that there may be restrictions on certain products.

  • Referral codes for your eligible purchases can be found on your MyPage, and may take up to 24 hours after purchase to show. Referral codes are also only provided for the first purchase via Samsung.com. If for any reason you submit a return, replacement or cancelation for your first order, then your referral codes will become invalid.

  • Each Referral code is valid for 30 days from the date of the Eligible Customer’s Qualifying Purchase (as outlined in the Eligible Customer’s Samsung Account).
