Here is a handy checklist for a smooth submission. Please ensure you have everything ready in this checklist before you start the claim process:
· Your Samsung order details
· Retailer URL
· Product image, clearly showing:
– Product ID
– Price
– Retailer name
To finalize your claim, please share image proof with us. You can upload up to 3 images, and each should be smaller than 3MB. Make sure your files are in jpg, jpeg, or png format. Thank you!
