Terms and Conditions 

1. All sales final, not returnable or refundable once Order is placed at checkout. Read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Handle with care and follow Installation Instructions.
2. A Samsung Account (free to sign up) is required.
3. Image resolution and quality requirements:
      (i) Must be formatted as a .jpg or .jpeg.
      (ii) Resolution varies by panel type; see requirements below*
      (iii) Cannot exceed 15MB; and 
      (iv) Note: when reviewing and submitting image, the screen you are using may portray the colors and resolution differently from the final printed panel. No returns, exchanges or refunds for color or resolution difference.
4. By uploading an image, you grant Samsung a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and archive the image. 
5. By uploading content (image), you represent and warrant that:
    a. you own all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property in the content and own all other necessary rights in and to the content, or you have all necessary permissions and rights required to use, display, reproduce, and otherwise use the image as intended by this service;
   b. the content you upload will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, including copyright, trademark, or rights of privacy or publicity of any identifiable people;
   c. you understand that Samsung cannot and will not secure any rights or licenses to use any images or content on your behalf; and
   d. the content you upload will not contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive or unlawful material.
6. Samsung may, in its sole discretion, screen images and content to ensure they comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.  Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, obscene content and other content identified in Paragraph 4.  Samsung reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the content and/or to refuse, in its sole discretion, to accept or use in any way any content you upload, attempt to upload or submit, whether because the content breaches your agreement with us, violates any applicable laws including intellectual property, privacy and publicity laws, or otherwise.
7. If your submitted content (image) is rejected for any of the reasons set forth herein then you will receive an image rejection order cancellation email. An image rejection may not be reversed and that image may not be resubmitted. However, subject to the Terms & Conditions, you may submit a different image.
8. You agree that any panel or product bearing an image you submitted will be solely for personal, non-commercial use and you acknowledge that Samsung reserves the right to cancel any order that, in its sole discretion, is deemed suspicious, including orders in excess of 4 panels that are unlikely to be intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
9. You agree to indemnify Samsung with respect to any direct or indirect damage caused due to your breach of one or more of the foregoing terms, representations or warranties, including any damage resulting from any allegation that an image or content uploaded by you violates any third-party intellectual or other rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and rights of privacy or publicity).
10. Samsung encourages intellectual property owners to notify it of any violations or potential violations of intellectual property rights. You can do this here: https://117.p.syniva.es/us/support/contact-customer-services/.
11. Any repeat, intentional or both, violator of the terms of this agreement may, in Samsung’s sole discretion, be permanently banned from future use of this service.
