Delivery Only
Services included:
• Shipment is placed inside the customer door, across the threshold, out of the sweep of the door.
➢ Specifically includes delivery to consignee’s unit in Apartment or Condo building.
• Installers will wear booties upon request. (Installers will NOT remove shoes for safety reasons)
Services not included:
• Lift or hoist TVs over objects or through windows to complete delivery.
• Alter property to complete delivery except for simple door removal.
White Glove
Services included:
• Delivery inside to room of choice.
• Unpack and set up TV on accompanying stand and/or legs, test power for functionality.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Installers will wear booties upon request. (Installers will NOT remove shoes for safety reasons)
Services not included:
• Mounting on wall mounts or monitor arms
• Lift or hoist TVs over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
• Alter property to complete a delivery
• Set up WIFI, Smart Devices, or TV APPS
Before Delivery:
• If the delivery agent is required to have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to enter the property and/or install, please alert the delivery agent when they schedule your delivery/installation.
• A responsible adult, 18 years or older, must be present at delivery.
• All product dimensions can be found on Samsung.com. Please ensure that your device will fit in your desired location before delivery. If you have any questions about your product, please contact Samsung at Samsung Support.
• The delivery team needs an unobstructed path, with 10-foot width clearance, between the unloading area and delivery location.
• The home has to be visible from the driveway
• Clear parking and unloading site close to your home, sidewalk, and inside path.
• Access to use the elevator during the delivery appointment.
• If you don’t have an elevator: 3 flights of stairs or less.
Delivery + Installation
Services included:
• Delivery inside to room of choice.
• Installation of Wall mount and TV to residential wall.
• TV mount must be purchased separately or provided by the customer.
• If you have a TV mounted where you would like your new one, it must be taken down before the installers arrive, unless it is a part of your trade-in.
• Your new TV may be mounted on an existing wall mount provided that:
➢ It is compatible with your new TV
➢ It is mounted securely with no damage.
• Power on TV and test functionality, remove carton and packing materials from premises leaving work areas neat, clean and dry.
• Delivery and installation may occur on separate days depending on carrier.
• Installers will wear booties upon request. (Installers will NOT remove shoes for safety reasons)
Services not included:
• Drilling into tile, granite, marble, manufactured stone, slate, metal, stucco siding or mirrors.
• Wire Concealment is not offered and cannot be performed.
• Lift or hoist TV’s over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
• Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal.
• Utilize ladders- all wall mount installs must be from ground level.
• Wall mount installation above five (5) feet from floor to bottom of wall mount.
➢ This includes mounting a TV on existing wall mount.
• Any electrical work (installing new outlet and electrical rewiring).
• Set up WIFI, Smart Devices, or TV APPS

• Please move to your desired installation location
• Signature may be required.
• Installation will be completed by a separate delivery team which is usually two days after delivery is completed. You will be contacted once delivery is completed.
• Installation in room of choice.
• Installation of Wall mount and TV to residential wall.
