Purchase an eligible Samsung Induction Cooktop or range from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 (after submitting valid offer claim as described below) and save your receipt. 1. Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following methods (either Online or Mail-in):
a. Online:
i. Visit https://117.p.syniva.es/us/shop/promotions/induction-cooktop-offer-2024 (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.
ii. Complete and submit the Offer claim form from January 2, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET to March 31, 2025, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, and telephone number. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
iii. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase, product serial number and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.
iv. Follow the on-screen prompts to provide a review about the Qualifying Purchase. Review must include the following line: “I received compensation for this review, but the review is my own”. Review has no impact on receiving an Offer Item. Product reviews should be truthful and accurately reflect the actual experience and opinions of the reviewers. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to post a product review if it contains any content that violates third party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; contains obscene, lewd, discriminatory or offensive language or otherwise objectionable material; comments on other retailers or websites; or comments on competitive products or other products, pricing or availability.
b. Mail-in:
i. Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to PL030126 The Samsung Home Appliance 2024 Induction Cooktop Offer, P.O. Box 290936, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0936 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by March 30, 2025, and received by April 11, 2025.
