A. Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased two (2), three, (3), four (4) or more Samsung Appliances from different eligible categories, then you may have an eligible purchase. Eligible categories include Refrigerators, Ranges, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Range Hoods, Over-the-Range Microwaves, select Washers, select Dryers, Wine Coolers, Freezers and Vacuums. Air Dressers, select OTR Microwaves, select Washers, select Dryers, Bespoke Panels, Pedestals, Air Purifiers, and Countertop Microwaves are not eligible for this offer. Qualifying Purchase must be completed from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 09, 2025, and February 26, 2025. Ineligible Retailers include Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Conn’s HomePlus, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, John’s Appliance, Warehouse Discount Center (WDC Kitchen & Bath).
B. What is the offer?

Purchase two (2) or more Samsung Appliances from different eligible categories in the same transaction that include Refrigerators, Ranges, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Range Hoods, Over-the-Range Microwaves, select Washers, select Dryers, Wine Coolers, Freezers and Vacuums (“Eligible Categories”) (see Appendix for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard^®in the amounts (after submitting valid offer claim as described below): two (2) eligible Samsung Appliances from different Eligible Categories: $100, three (3) eligible Samsung Appliances from different Eligible Categories: $250, or four (4) or more eligible Samsung Appliances from different Eligible Categories: $500 (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”). Additionally, if an eligible Bespoke Refrigerator is included in the Qualifying Purchase, then the applicable amount will be increased by $100. Ineligible categories include: Air Dressers, select OTR Microwaves, select Washers, select Dryers, Bespoke Panels, Pedestals, Air Purifiers, and Countertop Microwaves. Purchases made at Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Conn’s HomePlus, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, John’s Appliance, Warehouse Discount Center and WDC Kitchen & Bath retailers are NOT valid to participate in this Offer. C. When can I expect my Prepaid Mastercard?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.
D.   How do I redeem this offer?

i)      Purchase either two (2), three (3), or four (4) or more Samsung Appliances from different Eligible Categories, which may also include a Bespoke Refrigerator, in the same transaction from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 09, 2025 and February 26, 2024, and save your receipt.

ii)    Ineligible models: Air Dressers, select OTR Microwaves, select Washers, select Dryers, Bespoke Panels, Pedestals, Air Purifiers, and Countertop Microwaves. Purchases made from Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Conn’s HomePlus, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, John’s Appliance, Warehouse Discount Center (WDC Kitchen & Bath) retailers are NOT valid to participate in this Offer.

iii)      Submit an on-line offer claim between January 09, 2025, and May 26, 2025, visit samsungrebates.com (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.

iv) Complete and submit the Offer claim form between 12:00 PM ET January 09, 2025 and 11:59:59 PM ET May 11, 2025 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting

v)    Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, including the model number and serial number. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, PDF., .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.
E. Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

a. There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.
F. I bought the Samsung Appliance Products from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?

a. No, offer is only valid on purchases made from a participating showroom of an eligible authorized retailer
G. I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

a. No, only home appliances purchased between January 09, 2025 and February 26, 2025, are eligible for this offer.
H. What information do I need to submit?

a. You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on samsungrebates.com to complete your submission.
I. Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

a. Check the side trim and bottom of your appliances.
J. I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?

a. No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
K. What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?

a. Please make sure that you have entered all 14 or 15 digits.
L. What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

a. If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Rebate Support at (833)-215-9233.
M. How can I check the status of my claim?

a. After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit samsungrebates.com to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
N. I submitted my information, but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

a.      Please be sure to check your Spam folder

b.      If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”

c.      If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at (833)-215-9233.
O. What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on May 26, 2025. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at (833)-215-9233.
