Baking in your Samsung oven

Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats to prevent your cookies from sticking while they bake.

After baking, make sure your cake has completely cooled before icing it. Yes, decorating the cake is the most fun part and you're super excited, but don't even think about spreading icing on a warm cake unless the recipe specifically calls for it.

Enriched doughs contain large amounts butter, eggs, or sugar and take longer to knead than simpler bread doughs. Be patient! Adding extra flour will speed up the process, but it will also make a tougher loaf.
