Where can I get a screen protector applied?
At any of our authorized repair facilities that includes Walk-in locations for same day service at 700+ Authorized Walk-In locations across the US. Additionally, an option to mail in to our central repair facility is also available.

Can I remove the protector myself?
To avoid damaging the screen, we recommend you don’t remove the screen protector. If your screen protector needs to be replaced start by creating an appointment via the Request a Repair option on https://117.p.syniva.es/us/support/service/
After logging in to your Samsung account, click on the “Request Service” and enter your zip code to find the nearest Authorized Walk-in location.

SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AMERICA, INC. (“SAMSUNG” or “SEA”) MAKES THE FOLLOWING SCREEN PROTECTOR REPLACEMENT PROMOTION (THE “PROMOTION” or “SCREEN PROTECTOR REPLACEMENT PROMOTION”)FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY Z SERIES DEVICES (SEE “ELIGIBLES DEVICES” BELOW) TO ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS (SEE “ELIGIBILITY” BELOW), SUBJECT TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS:
Samsung reserves the right to change or add to these Promotion Terms at any time without prior notice by posting an updated version of these Promotion Terms at https://117.p.syniva.es/us/support/service/z-screen-protector-promo/ (“Updated Terms”). The Updated Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as specified in the Updated Terms.
ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who buy a new Galaxy Flip5, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Z Fold5 or Galaxy Z Fold6 (“Eligible Devices”) in the United States (defined below) from Samsung or its authorized distributors may receive one (1) eligible screen protector replacement (defined below) within one (1) year of the date of purchase at no additional charge. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands (the “United States”) who are at least 18 years old at the time of a Qualifying Purchase, defined below (“Eligible Customers”). The Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligible Customers who participate in this Promotion are collectively referred to in these Promotion Terms as “you” and “your.” To obtain an Eligible Screen Protector replacement at no additional charge, you must provide Samsung or its authorized representatives or service providers (“Service Providers”) verification of your identity and proof of eligibility, including the date of Qualifying Purchase (defined below) of a Samsung ELIGIBLE device.
QUALIFYING PURCHASE:
To qualify for the promotion, the Samsung ELIGIBLE device must be labeled with an FCC ID to show that it is certified for use in the United States under applicable FCC regulations. The FCC ID number can usually be found printed on the device, in the user manual, or on the device under Settings > About Phone > Status Information > FCC Certification.
ELIGIBLE SCREEN PROTECTOR REPLACEMENT: Within one (1) year of the date of a Qualifying Purchase (later of date of purchase or activation), Samsung will provide one (1) replacement of screen protector for the (foldable, not outside) screen of an ELIGIBLE device at no additional cost to the Eligible Customer. To REDEEM THE ONE-TIME SCREEN REPLACEMENT PROMOTION, you must visit a Samsung store or an authorized Service Provider location in the United States where Eligible Screen Protector Replacements are available or contact Samsung at 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864). You may also visit https://117.p.syniva.es/us/support/service/locations/ to find the nearest Samsung-authorized walk-in repair center (“Service Provider”) or visit https://117.p.syniva.es/us/support/service/ to “Request a Repair” make an appointment at a Walk-in Location or Mail-in. The PROMOTION applies to damages from any cause (SCRATCHES, BUBBLES, LIFTING), excluding damages Samsung determines upon inspection to be due to abuse or misuse, including use for other than personal purposes as recommended by Samsung, such as use in a hazardous, commercial or industrial setting. When requesting a screen protector replacement, you must provide (i) the date of purchase/activation and identifying information for your device, such as the IMEI number; (ii) the name of the seller from whom it was purchased; (iii) receipts or other proof of purchase sufficient to show a Qualifying Purchase. Inaccurate, illegible or incomplete receipts will not be acceptable. Screen Protectors replaced at no cost under this promotion will carry a seven- (7-) day replacement limited warranty, which provides for one (1) additional screen replacement during the seven- (7-) day period following completion of the initial no-cost replacement, and delivery of the phone to the Eligible Customer. Samsung makes no other warranty or representations regarding the screen protector replacements made under this promotion, and specifically disclaims all other warranties and liabilities to the full extent permitted by federal and state laws.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
After the one-time no-cost application of a screen protector replacement during the promotion period, subsequent replacements will be made available at an additional cost to the customer of $19.99 + tax. Samsung provides all such subsequent screen protector replacements without further warranty. The one-time screen protector replacement promotion will not apply to any other repairs or to repairs made by any providers other than those specified in these Promotion Terms, or obtained in any means other than as specified in these Promotion Terms. The Promotion is limited to the original retail end-user purchaser in a Qualifying Purchase, and is not available for devices purchased from Samsung for resale or purchased after the initial retail sale of such device. The promotion is not available for repairs requested by commercial service or repair providers or made to bulk quantities of devices.
TERMINATION OF PROMOTION OR SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICES:
Samsung reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time in its sole and absolute discretion with or without notice. You may not combine this promotion with other promotions or discounts, or otherwise substitute or exchange the Promotion for any other goods or services or apply the Promotion to anything other than an Eligible Screen protector replacement. Samsung will not provide any credit, reimbursement, refund or other consideration for repairs you obtain other than as stated in these Promotion Terms, and the screen protector replacement made under this Promotion will not otherwise affect your warranty coverage.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
You hereby release and hold harmless Samsung’s officers, directors, agents and employees of Samsung, Service Providers, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, agents, franchisees, affiliated entities, and independent contractors (individually and collectively "Promotion Entities") from all legal and equitable claims, and acknowledge and agree Promotion Entities are not responsible for: failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer or devices related to the Promotion. PROMOTION ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE PROMOTION. Promotion Entities further assume no liability either for the cancellation, modification, delay or premature conclusion of the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to, through the acts or defaults of any company or person providing Promotion-related services or due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond its control. DISPUTES: Any dispute you may have with Samsung arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Promotion Terms shall be governed by the Dispute Resolution Agreement (including its 30-day opt-out provision) included in the Samsung Terms and Conditions that apply to your Samsung ELIGIBLE device. PRIVACY: Samsung's Privacy Policy posted at 117.p.syniva.es/us/common/privacy.html shall apply with respect to the Promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Decisions by Samsung are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are your sole responsibility. Samsung reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole determination, to be acting in violation of these Promotion Terms, or who otherwise acts dishonestly or in bad faith with respect to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and any information about the Promotion in other published materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, online, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Promotion Terms shall prevail.
