Perform a simple reset

Reset button on a Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo

You can reset the Jet Bot Combo with the reset hole. Using a small clip or pin, poke the reset hole underneath the cover until you feel it click.

Perform a factory reset

Start Stop and Charge buttons on a Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo

To perform a factory reset, open the cover and press the Reset button. Then, press and hold the Start/Stop button and Charge button simultaneously for 7 seconds. The Jet Bot Combo will automatically restart when the reset is complete.

You will need to remove and then re-register the device to the SmartThings app after the factory reset.
