Samsung TV is stuck in retail store demo mode

If your Samsung TV or Odyssey Ark gaming screen is always playing an advertising video or if its settings keep reverting back to their defaults, it's probably in Retail mode or Demo mode. This setting is used to show off the product at retail stores. To make it operate normally, you'll need to set it to Home mode.

Open the General settings.

Select Settings, and then General & Privacy settings.

Open the Usage Mode settings.

Select System Manager, and then Usage Mode.

Set the option to Home mode.

If required, enter the PIN. It is set to be 0000 by default. Then, select Home mode.
