Washer Dryer Combo drying cycle gets stuck on load sensing

We have released a software update to address your Samsung Bespoke Laundry Combo getting stuck on the load sensing cycle after a wash cycle finishes, when the AI Pattern setting was turned off. To install this update, follow our instructions to download and install the newest software version.

Connect to Wi-Fi.

If you haven't already connected to Wi-Fi, you will need to do so in order to download the update. You can find Wi-Fi in Settings > General > Connections.

Check the current software version.

If the software is up-to-date, you will see the message “You’re already using the latest software.” If you see this message, confirm that Firmware1 Version is 24062686 or later.

 

If your Firmware1 Version is already 24062686 or later, and you still have the issue, visit our Support Center to request service.

Update the software if necessary.

If a software update is available, tap Update.

 

After the update is complete, check the Firmware1 Version again to make sure the first number is equal to or above the number 24062686.

Restart the drying cycle.

After the update is complete, start the drying cycle again.
