  • For accurate measurements, wear the watch tightly on your wrist, about one finger's distance from your carpal bone.
  • For accurate measurements, wear your watch for at least 4 hours during sleep at night.
  • For accurate measurements, please ensure that the surface of the infrared temperature sensor lens is clean. Accurate skin temperature measurements may be difficult if there are dust particles or stains on the surface of the infrared temperature sensor lens. Please wipe the lens with a soft cloth or cotton swab.
  • For accurate results, it is recommended to wear the watch at least 5 nights per week.
  • Fully charge the watch’s battery to 30% or more before the measurements.

It is recommended to wear the Ring on a finger that fits comfortably, not too tight or too loose. When wearing the Ring, the indicator mark should be on the underside of your finger.
