ECG results are not showing in Samsung Health Monitor app

The Samsung Health Monitor app should show your ECG results after each recording. If you aren’t seeing your results, there are a few things you can do to solve the issue, such as checking the Bluetooth connection between your Galaxy watch and phone and syncing your data.

The information gathered from this device, Samsung Health, or related software is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent  disease or other conditions. The ECG app is not intended for users under 22 years old or with known arrhythmias, other than atrial fibrillation, and is not intended to replace traditional methods of diagnosis or treatment. Users should not interpret or take clinical action based on the device output without consultation of a qualified healthcare professional.

  1. Pair your watch and phone via Bluetooth.

    Swipe down from the top of your phone’s screen to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on. Wait for your watch to appear in the list of devices, and then tap it to connect.

  2. Connect your watch to the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

    If they haven't been paired already, you will need to connect your watch to your phone through the Galaxy Wearable app. Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, and then tap Get started. Select your watch from the list of devices, and then allow the different permissions if necessary.

    Tap Scan for nearby devices if your watch does not appear.

  3. Sync your data.

    If you still don’t see your results in the Samsung Health Monitor app, you can try syncing your data. In the Samsung Health Monitor, tap Sync in the upper right corner. You'll need a stable internet connection.
