How does the Try Now, Pay Later program work?
The Try Now, Pay Later program allows Samsung customers to purchase eligible products and try them out for 21 days with the option to keep or return the product. Payment is due only if you decide to keep the product. If you are not happy with the product return it within the 21 days trial period without damage and in original packaging to avoid any charges.
Which Samsung products are eligible for the Try Now, Pay Later program?
Eligible Try Now, Pay Later products include products from Mobile, Mobile Accessories, TV and TV accessories. All eligible products are marked with a “Try Now, Pay Later” tag, and we are continually adding new products to the Try Now, Pay Later program.
Are there any fees to enroll in the Try Now, Pay Later program?
The Try Now, Pay Later program is available at no additional cost. Shipping and returns are free.
How long is the trial period?
Your trial period will be 21 days from the date of delivery. If you decide to keep the product, no action is required. You will make your payments according to your loan agreement with Affirm. If you want to return the product, go to your My Orders page before the end of the trial period and initiate the return. You have until the end of the trial period to postmark your return to avoid paying the first installment.
How do I track my Try Now, Pay Later order or return?
You can track the status of your return shipment(s) on your My Orders page. Please return all products in their original packaging without damage and with all accessories included in your purchase of the product to ensure quick and accurate processing.
What are the available payment methods for the Try Now, Pay Later program?
Samsung’s Try Now, Pay Later program is powered by Affirm’s easy installment plan consisting of 3 payments over the first 3 months after your trial period has ended.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the end of your trial period if you decide to keep the product. We will send you reminders via email when your trial period is about to end and when the first payment will be due.
What do I do if I do not want to keep the product?
You will have to head to your My Orders page, initiate the return and postmark your return shipment before the end of the trial period. Products must be returned without damage and in their original packaging with all accessories and items included in the purchase of the product. If Samsung determines that returned products are not in acceptable condition, Samsung may, at our sole discretion, charge you the full purchase price and ship the products back to you.
How long do I have to return my items?
You have until the end of the trial period to postmark returns.
Do I need to have all products returned by the end of the trial period?
To avoid being charged for a product you do not wish to keep, you have until the end of the trial period to postmark your return shipment.
What if I initiated return but didn’t postmark them in time?
If you change your mind or if you have been automatically charged for a product that you did not intend to keep because you did not postmark your return shipment, you will have 15 days from the end of the trial period to return the product for a full refund.
