A. Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased one (1) eligible Samsung Cooktop and one (1) eligible Hood, then you may have an eligible purchase. Qualifying Purchase must be completed from a participating retailer either in-store or online between October 3, 2024, and November 6, 2024. Ineligible Retailers include Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Conn’s HomePlus, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, John’s Appliance, Warehouse Discount Center and, WDC Kitchen & Bath.
B. What is the Offer?

Purchase one (1) eligible Samsung Cooktop and one (1) eligible Hood (see Appendix for list of eligible products) in the same transaction from a participating retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”) and receive a $150 Samsung Prepaid Mastercard^®after submitting valid Offer claim as described below. Purchases made at Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Conn’s HomePlus, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, John’s Appliance, Warehouse Discount Center and WDC Kitchen & Bath retailers are NOT valid to participate in this Offer. Limited quantity of Samsung Prepaid Mastercard’s available; Offer only valid while supplies last: Only 150 Prepaid Mastercards are available. Offer limited to one (1) claim per household.

D. When can I expect my Prepaid Mastercard^®?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.
E. How do I redeem this offer?

1.     Purchase one (1) eligible Samsung Cooktop and one (1) eligible Hood in the same transaction from a participating retailer in-store or online between October 3, 2024, and November 6, 2024, and save your receipt. Purchases made from Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, P.C. Richard & Son, Conn’s HomePlus, Spencers TV & Appliance, Grand Appliance, RC Willey, ABT Electronic, Electronic Express, John’s Appliance, Warehouse Discount Center, and WDC Kitchen & Bath retailers are NOT valid to participate in this Offer.

2.     Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-in):

                a.     Online:

i.     Between October 3, 2024, and February 4, 2025, visit https://promos.samsung.com/fallcooktophoodpairoffer (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.

ii.     Complete and submit the Offer claim form between 12:00 PM ET October 3, 2024, and 11:59:59 PM ET February 4, 2025, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.

iii.     Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, including the model number and serial number. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, PDF., .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.

                b.     Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to: PL030253 The Samsung Home Appliance Fall Cooktop and Hood Power Pair Offer, P.O. Box 290936, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0936 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked between October 3, 2024, and February 4, 2025, and received by February 18,2025.
F. Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

No. There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.
G. I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only products purchased between October 3, 2024, and November 6, 2024, are eligible for this offer.
H. What information do I need to submit?

You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts, and complete all required forms on https://promos.samsung.com/fallcooktophoodpairoffer to complete your submission.
I. Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

Check the side trim and bottom of your appliances. If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial numbers, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
J. I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
K. What happens if I don’t submit my information online by February 4, 2025?

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
L. What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number?

Please make sure that you have entered the correct number of digits. Digits range from 11 to 14 for cooktop and 11 to 12 for hood.
M. What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
N. How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://117.p.syniva.es/us/promotions/check-my-status to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
O.    I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 10 business days. What do I do?

1.     Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by [email protected])

2.     If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”

3.     If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
P. What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on February 25, 2025. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
